We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new insurance application, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and full compliance with the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD). This role requires a dynamic leader capable of balancing both business and IT requirements to achieve project objectives.

Work Type: Hybrid in Prague (2-3 days onsite)
Work Schedule: Full-time
Allocation: 2 years with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a project to implement a new insurance application, managing integration with existing applications.
Ensure all regulatory updates related to IDD are implemented across processes, documents, and applications.
Manage and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT departments to meet project goals.
Requirements:
Senior-level project management experience in business and IT environments.
Proficiency in managing both business and IT aspects of project delivery.
Fluent in English for communication with stakeholders; primary working language will be Czech.
Strong experience with regulatory projects, specifically in insurance and IDD compliance.
