We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new insurance application, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and full compliance with the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD). This role requires a dynamic leader capable of balancing both business and IT requirements to achieve project objectives.

Work Type: Hybrid in Prague (2-3 days onsite)
Work Schedule: Full-time
Allocation: 2 years with potential for extension
Languages: Fluent in Czech and English

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a project to implement a new insurance application, managing integration with existing applications.
* Ensure all regulatory updates related to IDD are implemented across processes, documents, and applications.
* Manage and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT departments to meet project goals.
Requirements:
* Senior-level project management experience in business and IT environments.
* Proficiency in managing both business and IT aspects of project delivery.
* Fluent in English for communication with stakeholders; primary working language will be Czech.
* Strong experience with regulatory projects, specifically in insurance and IDD compliance.
