We are seeking a IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist, who will play a key role in managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our users and implementing best practices based on ITIL standards.

Key Responsobilities:
- Installation, configuration, and management of servers, computers, network devices, cloud solutions, and other IT components. Proactive system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Implementation and management of security measures, including firewalls, antivirus programs, and intrusion detection systems. Regular security patch updates and user training in cybersecurity.
- Active participation in the implementation and improvement of ITIL processes, especially in incident, problem, and change management. Creating and updating documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures.
- Providing first- and second-level technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues, training users, and ensuring smooth transitions to new technologies.
- Participation in projects implementing new IT solutions, including requirements analysis, solution design, and testing.
- Ensuring regular data backups and testing of recovery procedures.
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education in IT or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in IT administration, including experience with ITIL process implementation.
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher is a plus. Hands-on experience with implementing and utilizing ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware), networking (TCP/IP, VPN, firewall), and cloud solutions (Azure).
- User support for Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Understanding of security standards and practices.
