Whirr Crew is looking for a Network Protocols Consultant to join our client’s team and support routine tasks involving application protocols, network security, and automation. You will be also responsible for the delivery of high-quality protocol and network-related support aligned with business needs and requirements.

What we do:
Provide support for routine tasks involving application protocols and network functionality.
Collaborate on troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of software-defined networks.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for network-related tasks.
Ensure high reliability and performance of protocols in alignment with business objectives.
Communicate and prioritize tasks effectively while managing workload under time pressure.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of standard application protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, etc.).
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking.
Experience in automation and scripting principles, especially Python.
Networking or security understanding at CCNP level (Certificate not required).
Advanced knowledge of the Linux operating system.
ITIL awareness and process-oriented mindset.
