Our client, a distinguished financial services company is seeking a Prague-based IT Security Specialist with a focus on Operational Security. This role is crucial for ensuring the operational security of the company in compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
DETAILS:
Location: Hybrid in Prague (2-3 days/week)
Languages: Czech and English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct a thorough gap analysis of existing processes and setups against DORA requirements.
Develop a detailed implementation plan to address the identified gaps.
Lead the implementation of necessary measures to ensure compliance with DORA.
Collaborate with various IT departments, including development, delivery, and operations, to integrate these measures effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in Czech and English is mandatory.
Proven experience in IT operations (e.g., network, data centers, storage, servers, OS, databases, monitoring, incident, and event management).
Familiarity with SIEM tools and vulnerability management.
Understanding of ITSM (IT Service Management) principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
