We are looking for a Python Developer in Czech Republic / Slovakia. Our small team consists of three developers, Product Owner and Scrum Master. We are responsible for Traffic acquisition. Our mission is to increase company traffic either through a paid traffic or by improving our SEO strategy. It is important to say that we are an international remote team - one part based in Prague and the next ones based on the other side of the world. We don't require your personal presence but if you would like to meet sometime, we'll be glad to welcome you in our Prague offices. But it's up to you from where you decide to work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We create tools for our SEO partners, to make their job easier. Company has trillions of indexable URLs, so you can imagine how big this task is. Another important part of our job  is to help our Performance Marketing partners to keep quality campaigns. That is why we create marketing tools (e.g. Google Product Listing Ads) and XML feeds

• Design and development of tools for SEO and Performance Marketing department

• Maintenance of several microservices in Python and Go

• We handle everything ourselves - from designing the solution to deploying it to production - in the spirit of DevOps

• Responsibility for improving the SEO

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience with Python

• Basic understanding of common tools: working in a terminal, GIT, HTTP protocol, API concept

• We have some services in Golang, but it doesn't matter if you don't know about it. We can teach you on that

• Database awareness - experience with a NoSQL database (such as MongoDB or Redis) is ideal

• Ability to work as part of a team - speak your mind, respect the opinion of others. But also the ability to complete tasks independently

• Desire to constantly learn new things

WHAT HELPS YOU:

• Knowledge of tools and technologies such as GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana

• Knowledge of any Cloud platform

• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms and design patterns (don't worry, we're not looking for a graph algorithm expert, but we'd love to talk to you about it)
