As a Business Development Managers, you play a crucial role in the success of the company grow. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and helping the company to maximize profit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets and new clients, growth areas, trends, partnerships and services or new ways of scaling existing markets

• Have a good understanding of the company services and be able to advise others about them

• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

• Foster and develop relationships with new clients

• Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these

• Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

• Meet with clients face to face, over the phone or video calls
  
  

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• 7+ years of experience as business development manager for IT company

• Proven sales track record

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

• Proficiency in English

• Knowledge of EU and USA markets

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Ability to think strategically

• Bachelor or Master degree in economy, sales or relevant field
