We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Czech-speaking Project Manager based in Prague, who specializes in the manufacturing industry and possesses a strong background in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for manufacturing companies. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing ERP system implementation projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and identify opportunities for process optimization, system enhancements, and best practices within the manufacturing industry, driving ongoing improvements to maximize the value and efficiency of ERP systems.

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of ERP systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from various departments such as production, supply chain, finance, and operations, to identify and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Continuously monitor and track progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.

• Manage project budgets, closely monitoring expenditures and resource utilization to ensure efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain open and clear communication channels with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Develop and implement change management strategies to support the successful adoption of the ERP system, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

• Collaborate with training specialists to develop training materials and conduct user training sessions, equipping employees with the necessary skills to effectively utilize the ERP system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager with Manufacturing Industry/ERP Systems experience. Experience with MS Navision is a big advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science. Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) are highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge and experience with popular ERP systems used in the manufacturing sector, including but not limited to modules such as production planning, inventory management, shop floor control, procurement, and financials.

• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop comprehensive project plans, manage project budgets, and effectively lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build relationships, influence decision-making, and navigate through organizational dynamics.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions to optimize ERP system implementation and support ongoing improvements.

• Familiarity with change management principles and experience facilitating organizational change during ERP system implementations.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.

• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to the manufacturing sector.
