RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Proactively prospect, qualify, and acquire new clients.
Conduct market research and identify potential leads and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals and contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to support sales initiatives and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Track sales performance metrics and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior sales team members.
Share best practices and contribute to their professional development.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Use insights to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT sales roles and developing IT products.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building and maintaining client relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
