We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Czech-speaking IT Manager (ERP) to join our team. The position is directly subordinated to the company's board of directors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• responsibility for the operation of ERP NAVSION and its customization

• summarization of client requirements and their prioritization

• performing simpler interventions in NAVISION functionality

• delegation of more complex interventions to the supplier company, control of processing and deployment

• providing user support during the absence of the key user/programmer

• participating in the creation of controlled documentation

• management of an external supplier company that manages SW and HW

• agreeing on medium and long-term plans for SW and HW development, IT security, etc.

• control of the implementation of agreed measures

• control of budget utilization

• coordination of routine IT administration operatives

• coordination of project implementation in the field of ERP and IT

REQUIREMENTS:

• university degree in technical or economic orientation

• analytical view and the ability to implement solutions

• good knowledge of SQL

• ERP experience on the supplier or customer side

• independence

• knowledge of project management

• experience managing a small team
